Can SGU grads be licensed to practice in UK?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
no, if you want to get licensed in the UK you have to do your residency in the UK. which is great for SGU grads cause you can do all your 3rd and 4th year rotations in the UK if that's what you want. Also it will greatly help if you're a UK citizen.

Does anyone know if SGU grads who do residencies in the US can be licensed to practice in the UK?

yes you can.
- You have to be a EU citizen (not necessarily UK)
- have to take the PLAB exam
- have done your residency in an approved country (US would do)
- have a sponsor http://www.gmc-uk.org/other_links.asp#1
- be eligible to enter as a Specialist Register

for all the info go to the GMC website
