Below is a list that I have compiled based on everything I have read on these forums

academic forgiveness
Sullivan University - Louisville, KY
Texas Tech University - Amarillo, TX/Abilene, TX
University of Missouri at Kansas City
University of Southern Nevada - Henderson, NV

Schools that only look at pre req GPA

UF

Schools that dont average in repeat classes
University of maryland
Xavier university
Texas Tech (confirmed at http://www.ttuhsc.edu/sop/programs/pharmd/prepharmacygpa.aspx)
UMKC
Univ. of Arkansas at Little Rock

I am aplying to mostly nonpharmcas schools because they'll do their own GPA calculation. Texas A&M omits any grades from 5 years ago entirely, for example. They'll do their own calculation based on the transcripts you submit.:scared:

I would check each school you are interested in an the acedemic forgiveness, because im sure there are pharmcas schools that have it or also do a pre-req GPA.

USN also looks at pre-req GPA, they have you calculate it and you are assigned a point value for your pre-req grades on the application. IE an A=4, B=3, C=2, D=1.

USN has academic forgiveness as well.
Ahahah the reason i didnt include USN on here is because Diastole has pretty much overkilled that one. if u havnt noticed almost EVERY academic forgiveness thread has a comment from Diastole about the wonders of USN lol. no hatin though, i love diastole

this is pretty informative, can u provide a source though?👍

I am your source, what more do you want? If you want go to their website and print off an application of admision if it is still posted and you can see so yourself. Also that first post was a brainfart on me, i didnt see you had USN on that already.

Well at least you're doing your homework and looking up the info yourself instead of asking us to find it for you. Good job!👍

hahaha thats ALL i do these days. ALL my friends keep telling me if I didnt F--- up so bad in school I wouldn't have to do all this research, but hey gotta do what i gotta do.

hmmm i smell anger in this post, i apologize, its not that i dont trust u, I just wanted to confirm 😳

No, its not anger. Sarcasm doesnt translate well via forums, thats my fault. But as of this past years app cycle thats how they do it since thats what I did on my app 😛

The USN COP app is supposed to be up in September.

If I remember from looking at last year's it is really similar to the structure of the one on the nursing app, so if you want a general idea you can look at the nursing app (of course the prerequisite courses are different but you can see in general what you will be filling out and calculating from).

I just love their policy. But remember that academic forgiveness only works if you took those classes more than 5 years ago and you retook all the pre-reqs within the last 5 years. If you messed up recently, then you have to apply the normal way.

OP: UALR (Univ of Ark at Little Rock) is an undergrad institution with schools for nursing, MBA, law, etc.

UAMS (Univ of Ark for Med Sci) is a professional institution with schools for nursing, pharmacy, medicine, public health, etc.

Did you mean to write UAMS in your post?

damn bro i envy ur hardwork man. GPA: 3.95?😱 i bet ur 100% in to any school u apply to. I wish I had that stuff hahaha too bad i had to be such an idiot

 Thanks man but that is only my science GPA. My cum GPA is 3.75 I believe. I still have to work hard 100% to get in so it's not like I have this huge advantage, maybe some.
