So (+) RNA virus is basically mRNA, but why does it change into -RNA and then back into +RNA inside the host cell?

so -RNA uses it RNA dependent RNA pol and turns into +RNA?

mRNA can make all the protein (i.e. RNA Polymerase) but can't make it's own genome unless it changes into (-) RNA ( an intermediate) to replicate itself.
