Can someone please explain to me the different sizes of non-standardized GP points?

what is the diameter of tip on super F, F-F, F-M, M-F, M, etc

what's diameter of "medium" mid length?

how do we know when fitting cones in canal it's not the wall mid root that's engaged but the tip?

a. Fine - D3: 0.30 mm, D16 0.80 -----> Tip size: #18.5 (approx. #20), Taper: 0.0384615 (ab. 0.04)
b. FM - D3: 0.35 mm, D16: 0.88 ------- Tip size: 22.8 (ab. 23), Taper: 0.04076 (ab. 0.041)
c. Medium - D3: 0.40, D16: 1.10 ------- Tip size: #23.84, (ab. #25), Taper: 0.0538461 (ab. 0.054

as for the difference in feel between apical tug back and coronal binding, you can def feel the difference, but I don't know how to explain it. if you prep your canal to anything over a .04 taper I recommend the buchanan auto fit GP cut to length. it has a max diameter of .98 mm so you don't run into the coronal binding issue
