Can someone please explain the format of MMI?
My advisor told me that you walk up to a door with a question written on the outside and then enter the room and answer the question. Based on the SDN consensus, advisors don't know everything (gasp!) so I wanted to maybe get some info from somebody who has actually been to a MMI? Do you even introduce yourself to the interviewer? How long is each response time? Do the interviewers even interact or follow up on your answers? And since people are waiting to rotate, do they have to kick you out right away when time's up? It's all pretty confusing to me... why not just record your answers into a tape deck and have the admission committee play them back? Hopefully it's not that impersonal. Thanks for the advice!
