For what field? As I recall, you are a Caribbean student applying for Ortho. You might want to ask specific questions about your PS rather than to have someone read it entirely.
In general, the answer is no, we won't look at Personal Statements. Everyone here is employed full-time and volunteers their time on SDN, so it is difficult to find extra time to read PS. Plus it opens a can of worms...you read one, you are deluged with dozens of requests.

Yeah, a while back I offered my help to the pre-meds in Pre-Allo and my inbox was flooded with personal statements for weeks.
Every fall it happens all over again, albeit a little less each year.

I should have been clearer. I am looking over a PS for a good friend, and was looking for an opinion. Basically, does it suck, or is it on par with other GS statements.

Be careful, you're walking a very fine line here. We generally don't encourage payments of this kind.
