Can someone tell me what schools I should apply to??

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I think you might be ok. The high gpa + ECs help. [It helps that your lowest MCAT sub score was 8]

There are no guarantees. I would apply to 10-15 schools.

Decent chance at CUSOM

All the Touros like high MCAT, so don't apply there

Do some research. Other threads discuss which schools have in state/regional bias and what schools like what (mcat, gpa, ecs)

I mean a 26 and a high gpa like that isnt bad. Matriculant MCAT is a 27 for DO schools so being 1 point under isnt bad when your gpa is almost .3 higher than average matriculant DO gpa.

I would say you have a decent chance at DO schools as long as you dont have a lot of red flags. Like spenguin says, the coastal Touros all like higher MCATs, but there are a lot of DO schools where I could see you getting an interview. You have a lot of non clinical volunteering though.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but dont you guys think he/she might need some more clinical experience? Or does he/she have enough?

OP has 200+ hours of hospital volunteering and 150+ hours of shadowing. That's exactly what I have and feel that it's more than plenty. Maybe I'm wrong... I guess I have a year of working in a clinic too. I think he/she is fine.

He/She's fine

What is your state of residence? 26 is fine, chances are decent at all but the high MCAT schools (AZCOM, CCOM, Touro CA and NY)

Thanks for reply guys, I am submitting my application everywhere except the touros, CCOM, and AZCOM but I really also like Touro Nevada. I am a resident of NY, can anyone tell me which schools have a lot of in-state bias?

Apply NYIT! You are a NY resident and they have about 70% in state bias for in state residents. Also apply Rowan because they have instate bias but next on their list is NY residents. It seems that Touro NV might interview you, but this year they have been rejecting/waitlisting a lot of lower MCAT applicants after interview but I might be wrong.

You'll be fine for TUNCOM.

Biases: OHCOM, MSUCOM, TCOM, OK-COM, UNECOM
