PCOM GA called to tell me what they liked about my app?!

A couple hours after receiving an interview invite via email, I got a call from from an admissions counsellor wanting to tell me what they liked about my application and to schedule an interview. I was surprised and wondering if this has happened to anyone else? I knew they called to schedule interviews sometimes but never the fact that they bring up parts of your application that they liked.

I received this call for the Suwanee campus. I appreciate them taking the time to do so. It did catch me off guard though
