Could anyone comment whether L5 on S1 slippage would be likely after a proper fusion has been done and healed?

My understanding is that once healed, the fusion is pretty darn stable.

Might activities such as heavy running or a hard landing on a snowmobile/jetski (years after the fusion has healed)--but with no obvious acute injury or neurologic deficits be likely to destabalize a fusion?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Likely, no. Possible? Absolutely, even after proper fusion and healing.
