Can we use the same LORs for both MD and DO schools? I believe most of my letter writers kept it general and just refer to the words "medical school" in their letters. But do the DO letters have to include something specific in them, like how the candidate is a good fit for osteopathic, etc?

I don't think it matters. I'm going to be using the same set of letters for both.

I think they can be same. Im going to send a DO letter to those schools and replace a MD letter for the Allo”s.

What if we don't have a DO letter? Do we need a DO physician letter for osteopathic schools?

I don't know, I am new to all of this as well. I work in an ER so i'm fine with those letters but I only have one strong science letter.
