can we send mail cas material in june?

hey guys!i understand that the registration has begun and am expecting my cas material.i have a doubt though.the timeline says that the deadline for neuro cas material is the end of august.but how early can i send it to them?can i mail it by end of june or would that be too "early"!!pls lemme know!another q,some of the program websites seem to have an application.does that mean that in addition to cas we have to apply to individual programs?i know it sounds stupid but i dont understand why they have that application online on their website!

There is no reason to send in your CAS material before mid-August. As long as you make the target, you are set. Even if you sent it back in June, you probably wouldn't hear on interviews any sooner.

Don't worry about the application on the program websites. I don't know what they are for, but I do know that you don't need them.
