if i'm not mistaken, the question can be simplified to cos(360pi). Since a full circle is 2pi, 360pi would be 180 times around the circle. so 360pi is the same position as 2pi. another way to think of it is that 360pi is even and will occupy the same position as 2pi, as will 4pi, 6pi, 8pi, 10pi, etc. since cos(2pi) = 1, cos(360pi) = 1.
