Can you mention things in a secondary if they were not mentioned in primary?

A few weeks after I submitted my primary, I got a new job as a scribe within a clinic. Obviously, I didn't mention it on my primary, and I'm mentioning it in my secondaries. However, since starting there I happened to have had some great experiences. Would it be acceptable for me to write about one of these experiences for GW's "most meaningful clinical experience" prompt for example? I have others I can use instead, but I feel that this would be better to add content-wise. Thanks.

I am sure hoping. Basically none of my secondaries are on the primary- why is new essay space to repeat yourself?
