Can you read these prescriptions?

So as not to ruin it for anyone else, I'll put my guesses in white and you can highlight them if you want to see them.

Benadryl Liq 5mg/5ml; sig: 0.5ml po q 6 hours prn & (??? - looks like before rash, but that doesn't make sense); disp: 4oz, 4 refills

Tylenol 80mg/0.8ml; sig: 80mg/0.8ml po q 4 hours prn pain; disp: 4oz, 4 refills

Sadly, I have seen a few like the last one. It reminds me of the RX I got on Monday that said: Stomach Cocktail (Lidocaine, Reglan, Mylanta) po prn; 1 bottle. The nurse seemed absolutely stumped by why we would call and ask about it.

I agree with the 2nd one. Here's my version of the 1st one:
Benadryl 12.5mg/5ml; sig: 0.5ml po q 6 hours prn & before work; disp: 4oz, 4 refills

This site PharmacyTales.com has a section devoted to the "Can you read this prescription" topic. Direct link to the topic is here. It's a new site, so there isn't a whole lot of content yet.
