Can you submit different LORs to different schools

I will be applying to a few schools that require a non-science LOR and many schools that don't. I will be able to get a non-science LOR but would rather only submit that letter to schools that require it as I have 3 sceince prof letter that will probably be better to submit to the other schools. Is this possible and if so how? BTW my undergrad does not do a committee letter, I think they just assemble a packet. In this case do I send my 3 science letters as a packet and then separately submit the non-science LOR to schools that need it?

There are separate entries for each letter on AMCAS, then you designate which schools get each letter.

As for the packet, though, that whole thing will be one entry. You can't send only letter A and B from the packet but not letter C to a particular school

Yes you can. Just like you said, your school would need to assemble the packet with only the 3 science letters and then you would need to send in the non-science letter separately to AMCAS
