i am n IMG. without US LORS and permanent resident status, it is impossible to get a place in top-gun programs. therefore a typical img applies to as many as 80 programs, mostly of second and third-rung, for obvious reason. i will appreciate your help if you could tell me about second and third-tier programs: the more the better.

You can search Yaah's "FAQ's" for "what are the best programs"...while a matter of opinion, the top 15 or 20 are usually pretty static. You can then figure out what are considered 2nd tier and so forth.

Good luck!

Try community hospital programs, Winthrop in Mineola or Penrose in CO.
UIC Chicago is mostly IMG and UW Madison never fills.
