I am getting 'grapevine' information that there are some applicants who applied late for their canada letters and were told the limit was reached. but, after contacting their personal friends in the provincial office for the health ministry were able to get their letter anyway. if this is true, and I emphasize that my news is from the grapevine, then what is the point of the provincial offices saying they have strict limits, when as soon as a friend wants an exception, he/she gets one? what happens to others who were late, and do not have friends in the provincial office?
