ROS (Return of Service) Experiences

Hello friends! I am a current IMG planning on applying to pediatrics residency in Canada. I have read inside and out everything I can find online about the ROS agreements (including the agreements themselves for several provinces), but I haven't been able to find many firsthand accounts of the experience.
