I'm only applying to MD so I can't offer any advice regarding MD/PhD. However, I would say that if you can get your secondaries in ASAP (before October), it should still be OK. Someone else may offer more insight about your timing for MD/PhD.
I'm more concerned about your school list since some of them are not very Canadian friendly. Oakland does not accept Canadians as of this year. According to MSAR, Central Michigan & Maryland did not interview any internationals (although they matriculated 3-4), and Michigan state only interviewed 4 internationals.
It is harder to be accepted to an MD/PhD program than regular MD.
Even if they consider you for the MD after failing to be accepted in the (quite lengthy) MD/PhD process, you are at a significant disadvantage due to timing.
As noted above, you really need to get the MSAR to identify the schools where you might get an interview.
Maybe you can post this in the MD/PhD forum. From what I've heard, MD/PhD cycle is slower, and is especially slower this year. Stalking SDN-ers' post history showed me that its not impossible, even with your timeline, but I'm not the expert.
I also only applied for MD so can't offer much about MD/PhD. Good luck! Are these MD/PhDs fully funded for internationals as well? Things are late for MD. Do you have any published papers under your belt? Many American MSTP applicants will be coming in with those.

They might not be listing Canadians under 'internationals' - afaik Maryland always interviewed several Canadians for past few years.
