Other points: GPA has upward trend, MCAT distribution: PS11/VR9/BS14 WR:O

ECs: little clinical experience, lots of community volunteering, 2yrs research experience, teaching experience, dean's honour, executive positions in two school clubs, oversees volunteering

Looking to apply to Georgetown, NYU, UCSD, Emory, UCLA, Sinai, Case Western, Mayo, Baylor, Vanderbilt, UCSF, UNC, Brown, Albert Einstein, Rosalind Franklin...

Any suggestions/comments would be appreciated.

I cannot recommend your application to any of the CA schools listed here. UCSD did not accept applications from internationals, UCSF matriculated 0 of 182, and UCLA took one of 335.

You need to buy the MSAR.
