However, If my PAT is a 17, and based off the data of mean avg scores, 17 is still very low, a majority of schools seem to be 18+ at least, I know it's just one score but i heard that the states highly emphasize PAT.

yes thank you, i saw this before, but does that mean i shouldn't bother applying to schools with a 1 for PAT?
