PhD/PsyD Canadian funding (CIHR, SSHRC) for US postdocs

Hi everyone. I am in my internship/residency year and I will be applying for research postdocs this cycle. I was wondering if I am eligible for any Canadian federal funding for postdocs like SSHRC or CIHR if 1) I will not secure a postdoc by the fellowship deadlines because postdoc interviews happen later and 2) I will be receiving my PhD from an US institution and doing a postdoc in the US.
