Canadian ID programs?

Does anyone have any information about where to start learning about infectious disease fellowship options in Canada? Is there something comparable to the AMA's FREIDA site? I'd probably be most interested in training in either Vancouver or Toronto if I were to head up north.

I am a US citizen (and graduate of an american med school) who will be starting an IM program in the US this summer, but in the long term am seriously considering practicing in Canada or another Commonwealth country (e.g. New Zealand or Australia).

Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Best to call the ID departments in those 2 cities and ask about their fellowship programs. Im sure they will give you the info you need. OR check out their departmental website and see if they have it listed there.
