Of course, everything is more expensive, other than brand name drugs and tuition (my top 30 in the world school was $12k/yr for pharmacy).
Oh, and the primary+secondary schools don't suck because we pay experienced teachers ~$100k here, do that if you want to make a comfortable $100k 😉
