Hi guys
I'll be a PGY-1 this coming year as a Canadian in a residency program.
How hard is it to switch into a US residency program? Are Canadians treated as IMG's, or how do they weigh as applicants compared to US applicants?
And is it different applying as a Canadian PGY-1 if you go through the sfmatch, ie. will you get treated differently compared to if you were a med student ?
