Cancelling interviews

Another quick question for you all.

Is is okay to cancel interviews at some programs to accommodate interviews at others? Is there a general etiquette to go about doing this?

Again, advice from experienced people would be much appreciated

don't worry about cancelling an interview, it happens all the time. they would rather have you cancel an interview than go to it with no intention of ranking them highly.
