Hi all,

By the end of this week, I plan to withdraw my interview from OHSU 12/15. I'm 99% sure I'll withdraw my 1/27 interview at UMich.

Will withdraw my acceptance at OSU. Will withdraw post-interview at AECOM.

Hope this helps some ppl out.

So what's your top choice now?

ucd, vanderbilt, loyola are my top 3 currently. all were good vibes. ucd leading now b/c of proximity to someone very special. i'll know more after financial aid and second look weekend. runmimi, i'll see you at vandy's.

Maybe reconsider withdrawing from UMich. When I visited during the interview, the place impressed me way above my expectations. Granted there isn't CA weather, but it's a great school. I actually withdrew my Davis app when I found out I got in. Let me know if you want more details.

Yah, Umich is a great school. I interviewed there in Sept (when weather was still nice 🙂 ) and had a great time in Ann Arbor. Unfortunately, by the time wxl31 interviews, it will probably be mad freezing..

Haybrant: there's a thread on Vanderbilt if you haven't already seen it (I can't seem to find it today 😛 ) in which applicants discussed when they got in and stuff. but fyi, i also got accepted to vandy (found out on 10/16), and i interviewed back in late august. i think vandy does let interviewees know of the school's decision promptly, whether it be accept/waitlist/reject.

anyhow, back to the original topic, i'm also cancelling my interviews at Emory, Mayo, and possibly UCSF. best of luck to all those applying.

just wondering what school made you turn down those awesome interviews?

i'm a luck mofo and was recently accepted to hopkins. i want to stay on the east coast, so the other schools are out. i definitely wouldn't have considered dropping a UCSF interview if i were a CA resident.
