Sorry if this has been talked about elsewhere....

I was looking to get a solid foundation of cancer medicine before I start my residency. Can anyone suggest something that would provide such an overview? I am in the middle of my fourth year (have about a year and a half to read it) and would like something broad and expansive (i.e. Harrison's for IM). Thanks

The analagous book to Harrison's would be DeVita (http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_gw?url=search-alias=aps&field-keywords=devita+cancer).
