Cannot get Ankng media to show

Cannot get Anking media to show. Have no clue why. Have installed different versions. Can't decide if it is because of something on my end or not. I am not tech-savvy so I am at a loss here.

I'm not sure why add-ons would be the cause of this. It looks more like you updated to a version of a deck that doesn't have media and you didn't protect your fields. This means you need to properly download the deck with media. Personally I'd think it would be worth it to just spend the $5 on the ankihub subscription once, then you can just download the ankihub add-on, download the latest deck, and download all the media, and it does everything for you. Everything you'd need to do is in this link:



Follow this guide properly and you'll have the most up to date version of anki and anking deck with working media. It requires zero tech savviness.
