Can't decide between UDM and Penn

I am so glad that I am accepted to these schools, upenn, udm, nova, usc.
But currently I am very struggling with penn and udm. UDM is relatively cheaper and has great clinic.
Penn's program is very strong. but the price is too high.
My family and I are now stepping in the dilemma to choose between them. I don't want to regret in my future life...

Anyway, I want some opinions from u guys. Or if you think I am totally wrong with my narrowed list. Let me know...

Tuition at UDM is about $70K, and Penn is about $63-70K, so they are both relatively the same price.
