Can't decide rheum vs endocrine!!!

I've really enjoyed both rheum and endocrine both on the respective consult months as well as related issues on the general medicine floors. I am completely undecided between the two!

Anyone have any tips to help me decide? I am looking to have a research-oriented career with some clinical involvement.

it seems to me that endocrine diseases are more treatable and generally tend to have better outcomes than rheum diseases. You might want to think about how you feel about working with rheum conditions that often aren't that treatable.
