Can't enter foreign telephone for transcript exemption contact info!

[afterthought]

AMCAS's software won't let me enter a foreign number (with a country code and one-digit area code) for the contact information for my transcript exemption request. Of course, the irony here is that I'm requesting an exemption for a FOREIGN university... (they obviously have geniuses doing their coding.)

Anyone know how to get a foreign number to go through? Or could I just list my school's study abroad office?

I'd appreciate any help with this makes-me-want-to-pull-my-hair-out situation.
