A user PM'd me, and the question of what type of work one could do with just an internship and no residency / board certification came up. I'm sure that there have been threads on this in the past, and I just can't find them. I searched for many combinations without success, including looking for "cruise" because I'm certain that being a cruise ship MD was on the list. Still no luck. Someone tell me what I'm doing wrong, and point me/us in the right direction. Thanks!
