Can't "Locate" My app???

OK. So I called Howard for an update. They e-mailed me Oct 14th for the fee saying they had my app. I sent it the next day. I claled today... and they have been looking since 9am and cannot "locate" my app. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN???? Sounds shady to me. Should I be worried?
 
Maybey they couldnt find it in a short enough time, while keeping you on the phone line? How do you know they've been looking since 9am? In either matter, if you don't hear from them by today, or early tomorrow, then just give them another call..........it will be fine.
 
I'm sure it will be fine too. It happens with all the applications they receive. Give it some time, I am pretty sure they will find it.
