Step III Cant play ********** videos

I am using mac and downloaded flip4mac as instructed by them but still i can hear the audio but the screen is black and no video.

Can anybody help me i tried calling the number on archer website but it goes to voice mail.

Is this a fraud service?

i am really irritated !

please can somebody share his experience with me regarding them.

Hi I had issues too initially because I was using MAC and not PC but I emailed them and they sorted it out for me. You should email their customer service it's very efficient.
