I am 3 days away and ever since 2 days ago I have just been completely unable to study and feel like I am not going to learn anything new anyways...

Every time I try to study it makes me more anxious for the test and I just feel like I'm gonna be sitting here watching episodes of The Office until I can just take my test and get it over with.

Better to push yourself and study now than to regret later and think what you could have done. Instead of reading the same things in the same order, try reading them in different orders, etc. Beat that FA like a dead horse:beat:

Mellow out. I only leisurely studied in the last couple days leading into my exam. What's done is done -- you're probably correct in assuming you won't be learning anything more before the exam.

The #1 priority right now is putting your mind at ease and not freaking out.

yeah i'm in the same boat man. I've been trying to do at least one fun thing each day for the last few days and really just hit high yield stuff. at this point i feel that i'm so full of facts that if i put anything else in, it's going to start coming out my ears...i basically am just using review time as a way to remind myself that i know things...

Exercise. Eat healthy things. Get restful sleep.

Go to lunch with people who are not medical students.

Go for a walk.

If you are feeling anxious, review things you are strong in. You will feel confident! Then review things you are weak in, but try to avoid freaking yourself out.

Go outside.

Thanks for the advice everyone.

I just cant look at another book. Im redoin a few UWorld blocks of stuff Im weak in and trying to relax. Im surprisingly at ease with that.

So excited to get this done! Good luck everyone.

I'm assuming based on your username, avatar and location that you go to Ohio State, right?

Haha, dude if you're at UM you're pretty much guaranteed to absolutely KILL this test. You guys always do well and I'm sure you've done everything to prepare. You probably won't learn anything new at this point, you're right. If I were you I'd just try to keep things fresh instead. Light Qbank, maybe a little time 'you-time' at the end of the day (driving range, running, whatever your thing is)

What will be will be, and I think the best thing you can do at this point is stay sharp and keep your head on straight. Good Luck!!
