Can't view scores on NBME Website

I got an email saying my score is now available and I'm totally freaking out. I went to the website and clicked "print score report" and got an error. Something like "invalid document request" or "file does not begin with '%PDF-'". I tried using different computers and reinstalling adobe reader from the provided link and everything. Plus, the email says the scores will not be mailed, that I can only view them online. So if I want to request a score report, it'll take an additional week AND I'll have to pay extra. I sent the NBME an email and hopefully they'll get back to me soon, but in the mean time, is anyone else having similar problems and if so, are there any suggestions?

I think I am having the same problem. The e-mail directs me to the following link: http://examinee.nbme.org/interactive. After I type my ID and password, I get the following error:

Application error: Cannot process request for authentication: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-28110: policy function or package UNOPI_V1.P_MSP_VPD has error ORA-06512: at "UNOPI_V1.P_CANDIDATE_WEB_ACCESS", line 791 ORA-06512: at "UNOPI_V1.P_CANDIDATE_WEB_ACCESS", line 803 ORA-06512: at "UNOPI_V1.P_CANDIDATE_WEB_ACCESS", line 124 ORA-06512: at line 1

I want to see my score!! AHH!

I now see that this is not the same problem as the OP, but it's along the same lines. i.e. We can't see our score report! AHH!!

I received an email today directing my to that same website, and it worked just fine. I logged on normally, opened up the page to my exam and clicked on the Print Score Report.

I took the exam on July 20th and just got my score this morning via email.

how the heck did you get your score for a july 20th exam, and I took mine July 10th and I haven't gotten my score yet? I went to the site and the score report was not available when I log in...... FRUSTRATING!!!!!😡

no idea.

the link for the usmle scores is posted above, but it probably wont work for you until you get an email.
