CAP “ diagnostic codes for social determinants of health”

WTF does this mean. I saw it on the CAP on- line rag. If it is something along the lines of “mikesheree just soiled his pants when I told him he had cancer” it MIGHT make sense and be worth an extra CPT code just because of the smell.
