I'm having a lot of trouble figuring out my ranking order.
Any information regarding these programs listed above, particularly USF would be extremely helpful.

I am coming from an external program, and possibly thinking of going into private practice afterwards.

The number of people in the whole world who can give you an informed answer to this question is very small, I'm not sure a SDN poll is going to help solve your question. You should be talking to current fellows, recent grads, or faculty at the programs themselves to get the answer you are looking for.
