Fellowships are very fickle and can be really easy one year and tough the next. There are just not that many and interest in them is generally low, but can be variable. Fortunately C&A is about the largest and only about 60 - 70% of slots fill. Sounds like you have done well, and the FMG part of your application should be behind you after performing at a good level at a reasonably good place. There may be a few tippy top places that will snub their nose at you, but not many. This is generally a buyer's market and you are far better than not filling so the world is your oyster. If you can avoid putting all your eggs in just one or two baskets, you will get a good program.
