Looking for advice on where to apply...discovered rather late that I want to fast track...interest in community psychiatry, palliative care (peds, of course), therapy, MBSR friendly places...priorities include work-life balance (very important), cohesive/supportive colleagues and mentors, above interests. Any thoughts? Open to locations...but prefer ease of flying out of the country/to the West Coast to visit family, outdoor adventures, small/med/large urban setting, and yoga community.
