Potentially; thus why we use multiple-dose charcoal to interrupt said enterohepatic circulation. Gotta love turning the gut lumen into an en vivo dialysis membrane. d=)

CBZ can also have very erratic absorption in overdose. Levels can look stable for a few draws and then spike.
