what should i most focus on and what can they ask me?

What do you mean about "depth of alpha and beta glucose?"

I'm not really sure what all there is to know about alpha and beta glucose other than their structures.

they could possibly ask stuff on starch, glycogen and cellulose in terms of there structure (alpha/beta)
