I have a question on the Carbon 13 spectrum...

The graph clearly shows 5 peaks, but one peak is on 0 ppm. Do I count that as a real peak, or because it is on a 0ppm, would this graph count as having only 4 peaks?

No do not count it, 0 ppm on carbon spectrum is just the TMS solvent.

However any of the other peaks may represent more than one carbon if they are equivalent. So be aware of that.
