Just put in my apps to a bunch of programs at the moment. Has anyone heard back regarding interviews so far for the 2015 cycle?

I know someone that has heard back from Cleveland so far.

After talking to other current residents, I have heard Texas heart and Emory haven given out interview invites.

I know that MUSC has sent out interview invites. Nothing from Vanderbilt on my end.

I think if you look at the program's website and look at their current/past fellows, that will give you an idea as to whether they take internal candidates vs outside applicants (assuming they post the fellow's education background).
