The Kansas City Heart Rhythm Institute is offering a one-year Cardiac Arrhythmia Research Fellowship for individuals Board Eligible/Certified in Internal Medicine. It is an excellent research and clinical experience for motivated individuals wishing to orient towards Cardiac Arrhythmias before they begin a Fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine. The fellow will spend approximately 90% of their time working on research, including training in the research process, development, study implementation statistical methods and critical analysis of data. Approximately 10% of the trainee’s time will be spent conducting clinical care with a Cardiac Electrophysiologist in an outpatient clinical setting.
