what are the exact requirements to be able to read cardiac mr's (cocats 2). i think i saw 3 months on rotation and 150 cases. if that's the case, can any cards fellow sit for the cmr boards once completing the 3/150?

Those requirements sound about right. You still need your fellowship director to sign off on those studies. This requires that you either:

1. marry the fellowship director's daughter/son, or
2. undergo a dedicated cardiac imaging fellowship

Why do you want to read cardiac MRI? Really hasn't taken off in the community (yet).
