deadline for most programs are July 31
Some programs (not many) accept applications through August

thanks for the reply. But my question is would I be in a big disadvantage position for getting invites for interview if I submitted my app a week after the opening date (ie awwk after July 15)?

I honestly dont think so. A lot of the programs, as you can read, still haven't downloaded their application yet.
