I'm wondering if anyone has a good resource that clearly outlines the hemodynamic changes (Preload, PCWP, CO, etc.) for all high yield cardiac pathology topics tested on Step 1. First Aid, UWorld, Pathoma, etc. are all trash when it comes to these details which is strange considering how frequently these questions show up in my Qbanks.
