I m sorry if this has already been addressed but I would really apperciate as many opinions as possible...

Is it better to go to a very well known program and then apply widely for cards?

Or better to go to a lesser known program and then just apply to your own cards fellowship?

In the first opition I am assuming it is very difficult to go to your own program

I'd say well known program and apply widely. Check out the fellowship match lists of the programs you go to or are thinking about. If they have a strong match list, then most likely you'll get a great chance of matching.
